Too much trouble. 1.Rip the fabric off 2.Get the foam off with high pressure cleaner 3. Paint the liner with water based paint using small roller

Seems decent, nice to have the option available at least. Original seller should look into firm foam or polystyrene bracing slipped around the perimeter to hold the piece captive and in its shape. Although it holds up well for the most part I think they could ship it using a rigid box or carton which should prevent folds or damages, and imo easier for the buyer to handle. I feel it’s reasonable considering the price, but I could be wrong of course

Thanks for the video. Great info and good audio too. Looks like you're doing a Commodore wagon? Literally doing a VF wagon while watching this. I have no idea how you got the liner out without pulling all the trims off, it barely fitted out without flexing it even after I removed them. These things suck with how they've routed all the wires and squirter hose across the top too.

Question. I finished the headliner and let it try but now some of the middle is loose. Is there a way to fix it withouth starting over? I'm afraid that if I pull an edge to try to respray glue it will rip because the edges are hoding well. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the video I just done my 2006 ve gts and its was pretty easy. I changed over the top mount stop light and put the roof lining back on . taking off is the hardest . probably saved my self a shit load of $$ if i had of got the dealership to do it .
